Don't have a graduate? Read this.

The graduation season is a joyous time for so many young people who are celebrating an educational achievement and launching into the world.

Graduating from high school and college is so critical towards building a successful career.

High school graduates will earn more income, will be more likely to vote, and will be less likely to commit crimes over the course of their lifetimes.

Graduation season is a reminder for all of us that we can help shape our communities by caring for the least, the lost, and the forgotten.

This graduation season, I encourage you to look for ways to support current students toward achieving this dream.

If you've been following me for a while, you probably know that the US Dream Academy is near and dear to my heart. This organization supports children in high-risk communities and who may have a parent who is incarcerated.

I feel so strongly about the mentorship and support they provide at a pivotal moment in these children's lives.

It can make or break who they turn out to be as adults.

Diane is the Executive Director of the US Dream Academy and shares a really cool graphic design project the US Dream Academy hosted for children in conjunction with the Amway Corporation.

It will give you all the inspiration you need to get out there and make it an amazing week.
